Volunteer Training

Our volunteer training is an important part of preparing to serve the poor, vulnerable, and homeless of our community with compassion, dignity, and care. Training provides helpful guidelines, understanding, support, and safety protocols so we can serve responsibly and consistently.   Volunteer training is required for all who wish to serve with St. Mary’s Mission & Outreach Ministry. A Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check are also required, and a letter will be provided so these can be obtained free of charge.
